All MealBoy meals are packed in microwave-safe containers, making reheating quick and convenient. 🔥 MealBoy Heating Guide 🍱 MealBoxes Remove the plastic film/lid and microwave for 2–3 minutes. 🫓 Laccha Paratha / Baafla - Soft texture: Microwave for 30–50 seconds. - Crispy texture: Heat in an oven or air fryer at 180°C for 1–2 minutes. 🥘 Gravies, Sambar & Biryanis Heat until thoroughly warm and stir once after heating for the best flavour distribution. Heating times may vary depending on the microwave or appliance. Heat carefully and avoid overheating.
