Our MealBOY trays are microwave-safe! Just follow these simple steps: 1. Remove the seal or pierce it slightly to allow steam to escape. 2. Place the tray in the microwave and heat for 2-3 minutes (depending on your microwave’s power). 3. Always check that the food is heated evenly before eating. Enjoy your warm, homely meal! 🍛✨

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an Order ID via confirmation email. You can use this Order ID to cancel your order on the website by clicking on view Guest order in the bottom of website or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp. Refunds are processed as per our policy and will be credited back to your account within 3–5 working days.
